1 hour inspection based on size and complexity – 10 points inspection includes: footings condition, Split or decaying and condition of the wood structural members, Flashing condition, loose or corroded fasteners, railing and balusters, stairs and stringers, cleaning and maintenance, grills, firepits and chimneys. lighting and electrical, outdoor furniture & storage, surrounding trees.
This evaluation will help you save money by determining what is need to be replaced or repaired in order to have a safe deck. This fee will be credited toward the cost of repairs if needed.

Depending on the size and complexity of your deck we provide deck design and permitting services. Our basic service is a deck design + county’s permit submission starts @ $1,400 for a 300 Sf deck and could go higher depending upon size and complexity. All of our decks are designed above and beyond compliance of current codes.
