It all starts with a Safety Deck Inspection, whether if you just purchased a new home, or do you want to sell your home? Or do you want to make sure your existing deck is still secure after years of use?

We provide a safety deck evaluation service to homeowners, buyers, realtors, and anybody else who wants to ensure their deck is safe. Our in-depth deck safety inspections are more extensive than a standard home inspection!

For our deck evaluation services, we charge a flat fee of $247.00, which will be applied toward the cost of repairs if necessary.

A deck on a home is a luxury as not every home has one. It is the place for families to gather and entertain and relax. However, they need to be inspected to make sure they are durable and strong. There are 45 million decks, and about 45% are safe. This means 55% of them are not. The last thing you want is for a deck to collapse.

The first step to find out if your deck qualifies for a renewal (You could save about 25-30% -of the price of a new deck) , is to conduct a Deck Safety Inspection. Based of the inspection, if we have to update, upgrade, repair about less than a 30% of the framing, your deck would qualify for a renewal. If more than 30% is damaged, rotted, it is highly recommended to build a new deck.

BUILDING A DECK IS NOT A JOKE; it is a structure that, if not properly designed and constructed, could fall over and cause serious injuries. It is estimated that 55% of all decks built in the USA do not meet the code or are outdated with previous codes, and they are a POTENTIAL LIFE HAZARD. HOW WE DIFFER FROM OUR COMPETITION

  • We use 12″ on center joist spacing instead of 16″ for more stability and to avoid bouncing.
