E81 Studio provides industry-leading warranties on all of our products and decking. We are so confident in our work that we offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on every project. In addition, we offer a 15-year structural warranty on all decks we build. This comprehensive (unheard-of in the industry) coverage demonstrates our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
DECKING AND PORCHES
Because building a deck requires a major financial investment commitment, we want our customers to know that their deck will last the test of time. We are delighted to provide coverage that goes above and above what is required by the industry, and we provide some of the longest decking warranty durations in the business. Warranty also applies to Porches.
Timbertech Azek Decking Warranty. As the world’s largest manufacturer of composite decking products, Timbertech is an industry leader in warranties. All imbertech decking comes with a 50-Year Limited Residential Fade & Stain Warranty.
PERGOLAS
Likewyse decks, pergolas requires a major financial investment commitment, we want our customers to know that their pergolas will last the test of time.
Sundance Motorized Aluminum Louvered Pergolas Warranty. This motorized aluminum patio cover gives you the flexibility to allow in ample sun or close the louvers for a solid roof cover that will block the sun and rain! Rust-proof aluminum pergola structure that is more durable than the competition and includes stainless steel ball bearings. We provide through coverage for all the Outdoor Living Equipment we sell and install in addition to our decking warranties. Whether it is trim, under deck drainage, railings, ouutddor kitchen cabinets, or lighting fixtures. We want our customers to enjoy their investment- for many years to come.

LABOR WARRANTY
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranties, E81 Studio offers a 5-year labor warranty on every project we complete. We stand behind our work and want our customers to be delighted with the result.
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
A structural warranty ensures that the deck or porch will be structurally sound for a specific period of time. All decks and porches built by E81 Studio come with a 15-year structural warranty. If your deck develops a structural problem, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
OUR worry-free GUARANTEE
Your concerns about home remodeling are taken care of by us! We prepare all of your HOA requirements, arrange for all required county inspections and permits, procure all materials, and then, once everything is finished, remove all of the waste. You only need to relax and watch. Your home and yard will be taken care of as though it were our own!

- FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT: We keep you on budget by providing you with a certified Fixed-Price Contract outlining your costs and payments. The contract guarantees that there will be no surprises or hidden costs during the course of your construction project.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE – WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDIOCRITY: This is one of our key beliefs, and we use it everywhere. We guarantee that your project will be structurally sound and constructed to a high standard of craftsmanship by our crews and our sub-trades since we will move forward with it keeping this in mind.
- We will have the best quality tradesman on your job that only except high quality workmanship.
- We are licensed in Maryland and Virginia, and we only use elctrical, plumbing and mechanical licensed contractors.

- We pull permits for all of our projects and pass the required inspections

5. RESPECT FOR YOUR HOME AND FAMILY: Your investment is just as important to us as it is to you. Our team will return your home to its original state, and we will do everything possible to make you feel at ease and respected throughout the project. Please keep in mind that we are guests in your home. We adhere to a Jobsite Policies handbook, which ensures that there is no disruption to your daily life while we work on your property.
